$5 nd2015 Last Print and $5 Next Gen nd2016 Collector's Folder
To me and in my opinion, this is a disappointing issue. The notes that came with this folder are just ordinary notes with normal prefixes and yet it was sold at twice the face value. I wished they would have done it like those collector sets issued in the 1990s with special prefixes or the serial numbers printed in red etc. Even the issue date added to the note would be nice too. Basically we are just paying extra for the folder which is quite expensive.
