Secretary to The Treasury

Dr Ken Henry, whose signature has been appearing on Australian polymer notes since 2002 will step down as Secretary to the Treasury in February 2011. He will be replaced by Martin Parkinson, and with that we will expect new signature on new notes to be issued. However, given that only the 2009 print ($50) has been released so far, notes with new signature may not be available to collectors, perhaps until 2012 for 2011 prints. Well, still a long way to go then!
